  • Yes! Botpayment plans are available for clients seeking flexible arrangements or ongoing support. During our discovery call, we’ll customize an option that aligns with your project type and timeline needs.A non-refundable deposit is required for booking.

    *Licensed ownership of project assets will be granted after payments are complete.

  • Project start dates are dependent on studio availability. We currently require a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance for booking. Please fill out the client application/reach out early to learn about our current project openings.

  • After submitting an inquiry form, we’ll schedule an initial discovery call to talk about you, your business, and your branding needs. After the call, if we’re a good fit, we’ll send over a proposal with a custom quote based on our discussion. If you would like to accept the proposal, then we’ll move forward with signing your contract and collecting your initial deposit.

  • In general, you MUST have the basics of your brand concept established (what you do, why you're doing it, who you want to target, etc.) as we cannot create a brand strategy for you without these key details.

    A hired photographer and/or copywriter may be needed for brand photos and copywriting respectively. We recommend working with a copywriter for web copy for the best results. If you choose to work with a copywriter, please be sure that they are booked PRIOR to booking our design services as design builds off of established copy/messaging. If you choose to opt out please note that we only offer basic copywriting.

  • Yes, under certain circumstances. Upon chatting through our discovery call, we will assess your current branding and assets to see if we are able to work with them. We would require that all branding and brand photography be complete in order to pursue this service.

  • At this time, we use Squarespace for our web design process.
