Visual Identity

The visual identity for Maryland Community Investment Corporation (MCIC) was crafted to embody the organization’s mission of fostering economic growth and equity in underserved communities. The logo suite features clean, modern lines to reflect professionalism and forward-thinking, while the color palette draws on rich, grounded tones that convey stability, trust, and community focus. A refined typography system was selected to balance approachability with corporate credibility, ensuring clarity across various applications.

In addition to the core brand assets, I designed a cohesive set of custom icons and developed both digital and print collateral, including business cards, letterheads, and branded presentation slides. The result is a polished, flexible identity system that maintains consistency across touchpoints and supports MCIC’s role as a trusted partner in community development.
